Customer requirements
​
To ensure a smooth delivery and installation, please make sure the following requirements are met before your purchasing your sauna:
​
1. A Solid & Level Base
A suitable solid, level and stable base must be prepared before installation. Suitable surfaces can include concrete, paving slabs or another professionally prepared hardstanding capable for the saunas weight.
​
2. Suitable Location
You must have a suitable location selected where your sauna can be safely positioned, with enough space for the sauna itself and access around it where required.
​
3. Electrical Supply
Your sauna will include an electric heater, a suitable electrical supply will be required. Electical work should be completed before arrival with the heaters requirements.
